Fourth of July celebrations move to the North Shore Park Bandshell in North Beach this year with a full day of festivities. The city has arranged free shuttle services from several locations on Miami Beach to the fireworks. Festivities at the Coca-Cola sponsored Miami Beach Fire on the Fourth Festival on Friday, July 4 include: Free Green Monkey Yoga on the beach at 9 a.m. Food trucks begin at 11 a.m. Free entertainment and giveaways begin at noon. Multiple live concerts from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. (Amber Leigh Band, The Marshall Brothers Band and Spam Allstars). Fireworks kick-off at 9 p.m.
Two park and ride locations where drop-off/pick-up will be taking place: North Shore Park Bandshell at Collins Avenue/ 72-73 Street and 42 Street/Sheridan Avenue.
Free white shuttles may be flagged down at any Miami-Dade Transit bus stop along this route. Service will be from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Headways will be 30 minutes.
