NEW YEARS EVE BASH IN FULL SWING.
Italian designer Roberto Cavalli has made no bones about his love for Miami, opening a swanky new boutique at the Bal Harbour Shops. And now, he has taken things a step further, opening up a glamorous new restaurant, Cavalli on South Beach.
Cavalli will be collaborating with KNR Hospitality Group’s Karim Masri and nightlife impressario, Nicola Siervo.
The restaurant’s design is based on Cavalli’s life. The most intimate, private part that echoes his villa in Tuscany. An Italian design, unique, full of color and precious textiles, creating the impression of an invitation to his home. His passions are represented in a natural way. A big bar station made of a single sheet of steel, a big custom-made chandelier and chairs wrapped in leopard print – characterize the unique style that is Cavalli. The floors are designed by him and produced from the finest marble from the Massa Carrare caves. As for the accessories – the glassware is Murano, the cushions are oversized and the tablecloths, all designed by him. A tribute to Cavalli’s couture style.
The lounge is meant to represent the most known part of Cavalli’s lifestyle, the fashion, the glamor, the luxury. Here great parties and celebrities will be the players in an evening pantomine. Big Cavalli couches with big silk cushions, glass pyramidal walls, and a big animal patterned bar will complete the luxurious look.
Cavalli plans to open for New Years Eve with a special gala dinner and party.
Cavalli is located at 150 Ocean Drive, South Beach. For info: cavallimiami.com
